ENVIRONMENT, HEALTH AND SAFETY (EHS) POLICY

TMD Infra Engineering Private Limited is committed to achieving sustainable competitive advantage through leadership and excellence in Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS). TMD Infra conducts all operations in a responsible manner to protect human lives, project assets, and the local ecosystems in which we operate. Site engineers, safety officers, and project managers are strictly accountable for maintaining zero-incident job sites.

In its pursuit towards excellence in EHS, TMD Infra is committed to:

• Protect and promote the occupational health and safety of all workers, subcontractors, visitors, and nearby communities affected by our engineering and construction operations.
• Operate our turnkey projects, workshops, and training facilities in an environmentally and socially responsible manner adhering to GRIHA and green building guidelines.
• Continuous improvement of EHS performance by conducting regular toolbox talks, third-party safety audits, risk assessments (HIRA), and immediate corrective actions.
• Strict compliance with all statutory legal requirements, OSHA safety standards, State Pollution Control Board guidelines, and CEA electrical safety regulations.
