Key Scope of Work & Capabilities
Full structural analysis using STAAD.Pro / MBS complying with IS 800:2007 and MBMA codes. High-tensile built-up primary frames (Grade 345/350 MPa), cold-formed Z & C purlins, galvanized bracing rods, sag rods, and leak-proof profile sheeting with poly-carbonate skylights.
Heavy-duty vacuum dewatered concrete (VDF/Tremix) flooring and heavy-load interlocking paver blocks designed to withstand continuous commercial vehicle traffic. Reinforced concrete tank farm pits, retaining walls, oil-water interceptors, and storm water drain networks.
Installation of double-walled electrofusion piping, containment sumps, shear valves, flame arrestors, and automated tank gauging (ATG) systems. Complete compliance with Petroleum and Explosives Safety Organization (PESO), OISD 141/244 norms, and state fire safety NOCs.
