Engineering Scope Delivered by TMD Infra
- HVAC System: Water-cooled centrifugal chillers (800 TR total capacity), primary-secondary variable pumping, VAV air distribution, and automated AHUs.
- Electrical Infrastructure: 11kV Substation, 2 x 1500 kVA Dry-Type Transformers, Synchronized DG Sets, Sandwich Busducts & APFC Panels.
- Fire Fighting & Life Safety: NFPA 13 compliant automated wet sprinkler network, multi-stage fire pumps (Main, Standby Diesel, Jockey), and addressable FACP.
- Plumbing & Water Treatment: Hydro-pneumatic pumping system, dual plumbing (recycled flushing), Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) & RO plant.
